Căutările de locuri de muncă pe eJobs.ro în 2025 indică schimbări în preferințele candidaților

Peste 24 de milioane de căutări după cuvinte cheie au fost realizate anul acesta pe platforma eJobs.ro, relevând tendințele actuale în orientarea candidaților către diverse tipuri de joburi. Potrivit datelor platformei, interesul se menține ridicat pentru pozițiile din domeniul transporturilor, însă apar creșteri semnificative în căutările pentru profesii precum contabil, asistent medical sau inginer.

Jobul de șofer rămâne cel mai căutat, cu 1,35 milioane de căutări, în special pentru poziții precum șofer categoria B, de distribuție sau de tir, deși înregistrează un declin de 14,9% față de 2024. Poziția este constantă în top trei cele mai căutate roluri pe eJobs.ro. În sectorul call-center/BPO, activitatea se menține intensă, fiind al doilea ca număr de joburi disponibile, cu aproximativ 37.000 de oferte până acum în 2025 și aproape 534.000 de căutări pe platformă, în special pentru poziția de operator call-center.

Sectorul call-center este recunoscut ca o opțiune importantă pentru tinerii aflați la început de carieră sau cu experiență minimă, conform informațiilor publicate de eJobs.ro. Retailul rămâne cel mai mare generator de locuri de muncă noi, iar call-center-ul îl urmează ca dinamism în ofertele publicate.

Cuvântul cheie „contabil” a fost al doilea cel mai căutat, cu 681.000 de interogări, înregistrând o creștere importantă de 51,8% comparativ cu anul trecut. Pentru poziția de asistent medical, interogările au urcat cu 19%, până la 626.000 de căutări. În sectorul medical, oferta a cuprins aproximativ 14.000 de joburi, iar nivelul de interes este ridicat, evidențiind o cerere constantă în domeniu.

Jobul de inginer s-a impus printr-o creștere de 55% față de anul precedent, generând 530.000 de căutări în 2025. Cele mai căutate specializări au fost inginer constructor, mecanic, de instalații, chimist sau proiectant. Roxana Drăghici, Head of Sales la eJobs, a subliniat: „Acest segment reprezintă o nișă intens căutată atât de candidați, cât și de angajatori și a beneficiat de oferte numeroase, în ciuda contextului economic.”

Interesul pentru joburile remote continuă să crească, cu un avans de 48% în 2025 comparativ cu 2024, fiind înregistrate 244.000 de căutări după cuvinte cheie precum „remote” sau „acasă”. Aceasta reflectă o tendință clară a candidaților în căutarea flexibilității în muncă. Totuși, numărul joburilor remote disponibile a scăzut, acestea reprezentând doar 3,6% din totalul ofertei de muncă în acest an, cu aproximativ 10.000 de posturi.

Până la acest moment, pe platformă au fost postate 121.000 de poziții în sectoarele cu cele mai multe căutări: 27.000 în transport, 37.000 în call-center/BPO, 14.000 în medical, 18.000 în servicii financiare și aproape 10.000 remote. Aceste date conturează un peisaj complex al pieței muncii în România, unde atât cererea, cât și oferta înregistrează schimbări dinamice și diversificate.

Warren Buffett trumpeted his Apple bet and invited outgoing CEO Tim Cook to take a bow during Berkshire Hathaway's shareholder meeting on Saturday.Greg Abel, who succeeded Buffett as Berkshire's CEO at the start of this year, unexpectedly announced that the legendary investor and chairman would say a few words.Buffett — sitting in the front row and fully embracing his retired status by wearing a sweater instead of his usual suit — began by saying the transition to Abel's leadership had been "100% successful" with Berkshire's new boss "doing everything I did and then some" and "doing it better than I did."The business icon, 95, then recalled his decision to turn over 10% of Berkshire's resources to a person "not that well known at the time."
